You should be able to walk without an out of control dog barking endlessly because they don’t like people near their property. If the dog’s owners want to make their dog feel safe, maybe they should buy a bigger property where they can isolate this insecure animal or keep their dog inside where they can feel safe. It is not the responsibility of every other person living in the neighborhood to not be able to walk down the street without disturbing the whole town. Be a good and responsible pet owner.
