People crack me up with the whole thing about dogs barking.... I mean are you kidding me. Dogs protect us and while in our fenced in yards where our dogs are every day that's they're safe place!!! So when you walk by they feel you are a threat. You are the one walking your dog by our house. Go another route. It's a big world out there and here in the villas many peaceful places for you to walk your dog. Maybe your dog is the agitator of the situation. Just cause you see a dog in the fence don't mean you have to walk your dog right next to it either. Not all dogs wanna say hello thank you...
