Mayor we may not have had a tax increase thanks to the use of surplus in the budget but due to an inept employee who didn’t do their job properly, which made the city go from a 3 to a 4 rating for flood insurance now we have a major increase in our flood insurance that I just received in the mail. Who’s at fault for this happening and why isn’t someone held accountable for this?
