North Cape May residents. I read in the Herald about the fire lane parkings and driving thru. I went over to the mall to watch . Some use the sidewalks. What most bothered me was the drivers following the daycare children along till they got out of their was so they could park in the fire land and run into the dollar store. Some leave children, pets in the running vehicles. Some doubt what they read in the paper but with a short drive you can see this reckless habit and disregard for adults and children's lives.
