Councilwoman consumer was the head of the recreation committee in 2021, 2022 and she serves on the committee now. The open space Grant for the marina is now expiring. With the prices soaring for the last 3 years why didn't she and the committee finalize the plans. This may cost the taxpayers millions more because of mismanagement.
