It’s interesting to read that Delaware has changed their mind on recreational marijuana. Some states, like this one have been used because of the one year anniversary in sales. The Cannabis Regulatory Commission needs to be abolished because it’s nothing but a bunch of stoners traveling to conventions on taxpayer dollars.
