Even the firemen I talk to admit that the 15 year old fire truck is in pristine condition with less than 10,000 miles. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it beyond not being brand new. No person or property is at risk. Why borrow to replace it now? It's way overdue for Stone Harbor to respect its taxpayers, even if they can't vote, and live within its means.
