Cape May Court House

To the Spouter from Ocean City who said: “We used to be called citizens back in the day in this country. We are now called taxpayers and consumers by the politicians and the media.” I offer you this conundrum; If not all citizens are taxpayers, nor all taxpayers, citizens, then the one thing we all are, are consumers. So, we actually have four classes; 1) Tax paying, citizen consumers, 2) Non-tax paying citizen consumers, 3) Non-citizen tax paying consumers, or 4) Non-tax paying, Non-citizen consumers. I know, it gets confusing. Thought I'd add a little levity.
