Sea Isle City

Sea isle has storm drain outflow pipes that empty right into the ocean. These pipes carry the rain water and EVERYTHING else that’s on the roads and sidewalks, including pesticides, fungicides, etc. DIRECTLY into the OCEAN. The pipes empty into the ocean less than 100 yards beyond the bathing beaches. Is this outflow water being tested for chemicals, bacteria, etc? Where is the NJ State EPA? Where is the Federal EPA. The pipes are a leftover from times when the population was low, no one was spraying weeds, and there was less disease. Time to wake up and address this health hazard.
