I am a second homeowner and purchased a home from someone you are talking about. The house was in ruins and the inhabitants were disgusting. I have noticed that trend in the township. Sheriff's Sales. Dead beat renter evictions. One would think that having second homeowners come here, fixing up these eyesores and having pride in a neighborhood would be a blessing.
