The country needs to pass a law making it illegal to enter any public building, board a train, enter a store or be out in public while wearing a hoodie and a mask while with other youths or unaccompanied by a parent or guardian. This action would eliminate 90% of the brazen cowardly crimes committed in America. Only criminals would be inconvenienced by this action. And it's about damn time ! Write to your mayors, president, congressmen, police. Get this action passed !!!
