Van Drew’s recent piece of legislation -Safe School Act-is another worthless feel good piece of legislation as he again panders to his base-we not need retired police or Veterans to be hired to protect our children in schools-we need active police officers who regularly train and have standards they must regularly achieve-as a side note arming all the schools in America and physical plant renovations to make it more difficult for unauthorized people to get into schools will create a remarkable increase in our school taxes all because common sense gun law reform is blocked by the NRA.
