Read in your paper the Q&A w/NWW mayor. One question that he didn't answer,"has the city made a good faith effort to play with the DEP? "How can he play fair? When he does things on the beach, seawall,sewer/ water & putting a building on the beach without permits. So,now this Mayor/Council are suing the DEP at taxpayers expense. The only one making money are the lawyers he hired that are being paid by,the taxpayers. It is no wonder he can't made a good faith effort because he is right and the DEP is wrong. Wake up people.
