The City of Sea Isle sent out a letter to existing homeowners that rent to purchase there rental permits ! Many homeowners use Airbnb and do not realise they should purchase a rental permit! All households should receive this letter ! The rental permits should be increased to a 1000! Many do not purchase rental insurance so if a renter sued you would both sides be responsible! The City does not check rental permits! Encourage your neighbor to purchase theses permits ! Will the City be responsible for the lawsuits since not everyone is aware to purchase the rental permits and Insurance!
