I am going to ask the city again. Please make restaurants stop their outside loud music at 9pm. One restaurant constantly would play loud music well after 10pm. We would hear it several blocks away and when we called the police, they acted like they didn’t know it was a rule? The rule said all music after 9pm had to be inside with doors and windows closed. Why are some restaurants allowed to break this rule ? It has been going on since Covid. Please follow the rules.
