Last nights council meeting showed clearly,I think, the solicitor has something to hide. Why would any township get involved in a civil dispute on a private deed restriction? Either way the Borough will get sued for being involved. This will be very costly to our Borough-so much for the surplus in the budget. But don’t worry “ he is an attorney”? Perhaps he should be investigated as the citizen suggested . Does the solicitor have an alternative motive ?
