Kansas has had it with wind farms…or at least with the 24/7 red blinking lights that adorn the structures light polluting the night sky. A law will require they install technology to shut off the lights unless an aircraft is within a certain perimeter. Wake up NJ! Should wind farms be a reality on our coast, we need to address this issue now.
