Golf carts have four wheels, although they are low speed, the driver and all passengers should be required to wear a helmet. A seatbelt is not enough. You are sharing the road with vehicles. Golf carts shouldn’t be in campgrounds at all. Sad to say this, but I wonder what would happen if a fatal or serious accident occurred in a campground or on the road and how that would be handled? What present law do we have to prevent this from happening? It’s getting worse and worse every year and so is the spread of these businesses who sell or rent them.
