The Water Front Homes on Bay Ave are using the bulkhead as if it is there own private yard . Flower pots and benches divide the area separating the properties and not allowing access to the public right away. There once was a sign on Bay Ave pointing to the Public access. Where did it go? The conditions agreed to by the developer was to maintain public access along the water. I miss being able to crab back there . I hope the town and state start to enforce the public right aways.
