To the Villas spouter who replied to my spout about the outrageous fees from a restaurant. I looked at their website, social media and also in the establishment. No signs were posted or “fine print.” I would have never ordered takeout from there. That is the issue. A restaurant that does this is obviously struggling or poorly mismanaged and that’s being nice. A responsible business lets customers know of any changes or fees, on how they do business. The restaurant business is failing and fast. I’ll still be an entitled mess because I am not stupid. First time there and won’t be back.
