Read in your paper about NWW,with regards to the decision the judge made, can't since he doesn't have jurisdiction. Is this another wasted tactic from the town and its counsel? There have been storms here for years & each time taxes,bonds,etc have been used to move sand. Now this Administration wants to spend monies for, lawyers,court & lawsuits. Move sand now,so,that residents & visitors can enjoy our beach & work out a solution for all of NWW
