Is the town serious with their 10pm curfew and backpack after 10pm on all citizens of the city not just juveniles? Only bags that can be carried after 10pm can only be the size of a half a sheet of paper. You don’t start movies until 8:30pm which end after curfew and I can’t walk home via the promenade? And I will be fined but the juveniles only warned? Who’s being punished in this town. And it’s only in the promenade beach and beach ends not through the town.
