Arresting Trump is no more “a vindictive and politically motivated move” than if either you or I were arrested for a suspected crime. Should his alleged crime(s) be ignored? Should all future Presidents know they are immune from prosecution forever, from the day they are inaugurated? Paying “hush” money is not the crime, misclassifying it as a “legal expense” for tax purposes is. Do you think you or I would be given a “free pass” by the legal system or the IRS? He is being afforded his ”day in court”, as is the right of every American.
