This is to the ignorant couple who had their dogs on Lafayette street shopping area last week. I was sitting with my grandson when their dogs came up and licked his hand. You may think your dog is cute but my grandson didn’t like it. When will this town enforce the laws they set? I would love to know the amount of tickets written a year for dogs and skateboards in area.
