Ok my fellow spouters here an analogy for you. If I own a 2010 Honda and I get the best Porsche body customizing kit money can buy, use the kit make my car look exactly like a new Porsche - do I have a Porsche? Can it do everything a Porsche does? And let's reverse things - for some inexplicable reason I customize my Porsche to look like a 2010 Honda. Is it fair if I race it against other Hondas? Is that a fair contest because it does look like a Honda?
