I have been seeing several Upper Twp public notices in paper where our tax dollars are going out to “professional services” . This is probably the fastest growing township in NJ and also benefits from the little Millionaire section of Strathmere as someone else mention. However in spite of Township growth there is no police force other than NJ state police 25 miles away that All NJ tax payers pay forth as previously mentioned by another writer. NJ legislators are not addressing this and sit back and allow this to go on. I am sure the Drug dealers love not having a Police Force
