Wow, so many new tax ratables coming into our city coffers this year. Saint Ann's block, Pacific Avenue, Rio Grande Ave, new expensive condos on every block. Our city is a gold mine being developed. Looking forward to finally our property taxes coming down. What a surplus we will have at our disposal. New paved streets, old houses getting knocked down, more parks, etc. Thank God nothing can cause our taxes to keep going up. Right mayor and council. Please don't mention hiring and salaries. Not again.
