Silly comment about the "wheel gun" being a fake spout. A wheel gun is police slang for a revolver. I'm a cop and i wrote the spout. The laws have changed and they CANNOT deny you under the "justification rule" anymore. It is a very easy process, they simply added a high percentage qualification part in the process. You can carry anywhere you like with some exceptions and certainly the best part is having it in your car, shopping, ect. Extra magazines are also legal to carry and easily concealed as well.
