Great bike ride today on the promenade. I noticed the Arches and they look okay. (I’m not a fan) , but it’s disturbing that less than a block away there is a building that looks like it’s been hit by a Mack truck. The entire front brick work is falling apart. Plain and simple.. make it look like the City Fathers care.
