My daughter posted this on her social media and the amount of positive comments were staggering. I think it's almost (but not quite) comical to hear liberals suggest that conservatives were somehow exclusively responsible for politicizing Covid 19. Masks became the symbol of liberal solidarity in 2020 and into 2021 - to the point in which the mask was much less about stopping the spread of Covid than it was about trying to shame anybody who didn't wear one.
