The area of Lower Township that is now thriving with new investors is the original section of North Cape May and Town Bank. This North Cape May area is between Bayshore Rd. Ferry Rd. Beach Drive and Town Bank Rd. That is the original section which includes the two circles. Folks from out of town are investing here and it shows. Other areas are improving but this seems to be the local hot spot. Town Bank is special too. I love living here. Free, clean beaches and amazing sunsets. People are very nice too.
