Why does NWW continually hire retired individuals for full time positions? The latest hire is a retired cop from WW in the position of supervisor of buildings & grounds, Really! Why not promote from within that department? I am sure that an employee from that department has more knowledge than the cop. This is the second retired individual from the city of WW to get jobs with the city of NWW. So,sad that our tax dollars are going to double dippers & taking jobs from NWW residents who are looking for full time jobs.
