While rewarding the Director & Assistant Director of Fare Free with raises, who by the way are dolled out by ,the Director. Also,keep in mind that they do not hold a Commercial Drivers License which is needed to operate the bus' so they are not qualified to operate the bus. Question is why do they get increases in pay & the drivers get $15.14 per hour?
