Could someone at FARE FREE explain the ridiculous subject known as, a waiting list to& from the senior centers? Sounds as,if Fare Free & the the senior center make up their own rules. There isn't any other transportation for all people in this area. Where is the commissioner in charge of Fare Free & the senior center?
