Wow the teachers union melted down in a screaming tirade asking for loans to be paid off by taxpayers! The only way to fix this is simple. Govt MUST get out of the guaranteeing loans for college business. Banks will have to lend more responsibly and schools will have to be frugal and competitive once again. No more offering completely non lucrative degrees at exorbitant prices.
