Dennis Township needs to put the interests of DT and all CMC residents above the financial interests of a Philly developer that wants to build a luxury resort on 30 acres of woods. How much more land needs to be cleared to construct more things we don't want or need? Dry upland areas near coastal wetlands have tremendous value for wildlife. Green Acres should buy the land threatened by that proposed resort. The State needs to intervene and do everything possible to prevent that resort from being built.
