There is a vendor spot at 2nd &Ocean Ave. where the sidewalk is very narrow .The vendor places his product on the walk forcing people to walk in the street. Also driving west on 2nd you can not see people in the crosswalk due to an umbrella blocking the view.If the city would swap the handicap spot with the vendor spot ,it would be a lot safer. Thanks
