Watching the Cape May City Council meeting February 21. We have a councilwoman that has now phoned into TWO meetings. Why run for office if you are planning on being away for part of the year? Is there a rule on how many meetings can be missed before losing a seat? I think phoning in is NOT participating or being present. Especially more than once and consecutive meetings!
