Why I ask has the mayor of Cape May has not joined the other mayors and officials in calling for the moratorium on the whale deaths. Guess it will take one washing up on our beach to wake him up.
Moderator's Note: Calling for "moratorium on the whale deaths" is not likely to have any effect because as powerful as a mayor may be, I don't believe any of them have a direct connection to the lifeline of the whales in our waters (Sorry, I just couldn't resist, even though I think I understand what you were trying to say). Blame the cloudy weather for the saucy comment.
