It's funny how Mayor Desiderio stopped the polar bear plung a few yrs ago due to it costing the city too much money and city not being reimbursed . While riding around today looking at the unofficial polar bear plung ,I see many city employees working overtime, tons of sheriff officers, I'm confused. So tell me why again it was stopped ? Moderate post without changes !
