Looks like the railroad industry asked for and received a rollback of advanced braking on trains, Brakes which possibly could have prevented the catastrophe in Ohio. This was granted by the TRUMP Administration. Not only did the Trump administration grant relief in safety, they gave a tax cut to boot.
