I just read the spout off from Townsends Inlet.About Sea Isle & their ordinance for rowdy kids. Seriously a curfew & not allowing kids to carry backpacks after a certain time.Aren’t there search &seizure rules that have to be followed in order to take a juveniles backpack? Don’t the police have to have Probable cause and doesn’t Probable cause mean a reasonable person believes a crime was, is, or will be committed or they need a search warrant from a Court? Is breaking a curfew a crime and juv cannot be arrested for drinking and smoking pot correct? Isn’t that the problem?
