There's a small cat colony in Cape May on corner of Delaware and Baltimore Ave that have been there for years. Their habitat was partially bulldozed last wk , the 2 make shift shelters removed and no trespassing signs erected to prevent feeding them placed. These animals were thrown out and harm no one. Caring neighbors feed them - they have been graciously neutered via capture and release program. Any chance we can have a heart - there won't be a blade of grass left and the animals gave no place to go. Signed, We're all connected
