Going through the resolutions for the county of CM,it is the old boy club, being taken care by,the county commissioners,who hand out merit increases. So,if you are a working stiff & are not friendly with commissioners forget it. Oh,also,those that received the merit increases are employees that are department heads, confidential aids,retirees & an assembly man. Talk about fair..
