Only in CM can the Mayor hand pick a new Chief Financial Officer. Only in his 20's he has NO government financial training, NO government experience, NO NJ State CFO License and is paid $110,000.00. It is hard to believe CM is a $30 million dollar business and financially managed by a neophyte. We deserve better, much, much better.
