We also were lucky enough to purchase a LOT in Stone Harbor. Yes we will knock the old home down and I’m sure it’s sad to some and apparently drives a local commenter on here crazy but that’s the circle of life I guess. The sellers received money and we are happy. Can’t ask for much more I guess.
