CMC doesn’t need any more housing developments, condos, hotels, resorts, strip malls, or anything. Not every acre needs to have something built on it. Every new house built increases our taxes and traffic as well as water and sewer costs. We’ve had enough development. Planning and zoning boards need to learn the word “no”!
