True, no peace treaty between North and South has ever been signed. Those nations are technically still at war, but the USA is not. The Veterans Administration states that the war time period for the USA involvement in Korea extends from June 27, 1950 — January 31, 1955. Thank you for your service. But you are not a war time veteran. Claiming to be is a disservice to those that served during war time.
