Having found out that the downtown district is changing parking meters to one’s that don’t have a cash or quick credit card access and an Ap will have to be installed I know my mother will never be able to shop downtown. I can’t even get her to charge her phone or turn it on to answer it. She’s a goner if there isn’t another alternative. I assure you, she & her generation will not do well with this.
