RE: The Wildwood comment on some of us making remarks that Wildwood is run down. I will compare Wildwood to Philadelphia. There are sections of Wildwood and Philadelphia that people will invest and improve and there are sections of both towns that will always be run down and quite frankly "not safe". The saving grace for Wildwood is that it is small enough for investors to continue to improve. With these improvements, the "unsafe" areas will fade away.
